Bena brings over a decade of experience in the legal field, with a strong focus on employment law. She plays a key role in supporting clients through a variety of workplace matters with efficiency, precision, and care, and prioritizes collaboration to deliver exceptional client service.
Bena is also an approved participant in the Law Society’s Innovation Sandbox, a regulatory program that allows for the testing of new and innovative legal service delivery models. Through her participation, she is involved in expanding the role of paralegals in employment law practice and improving access to justice for clients navigating complex workplace issues.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found keeping up with her two young kids.
