Glen advises and represents clients on all types of workplace law issues including wrongful dismissal matters; employee misconduct and dismissals; investigations; the preparation, negotiation and advice on employment contracts, policies and other documentation; human rights and workers’ compensation matters. Glen represents both employers and employees in his practice.
Glen understands the human component of workplace law-related issues, and he has specific experience related to wrongful dismissal claims involving senior management personnel and related shareholder disputes.
As an Anishinaabe gay man from the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Glen is passionate about offering pro bono and volunteer services to the interest groups he represents to advance social change. In this capacity, he is a Director of the CBA SOGIC subsection and he volunteers at the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic.
