We are pleased to welcome lawyer Emma Jerrott to the Ascent team.
Emma represents both employees and employers in a broad range of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights complaints, bullying and harassment, contract drafting, and the development of policies and guidelines. She has appeared before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as before provincial and federal Human Rights Tribunals and the Employment Standards Branch.
Emma takes pride in building strong client relationships and works collaboratively to develop practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys making pottery and exploring B.C.’s natural beauty, spending her summers camping and winters skiing.
Emma’s experience, thoughtful approach, and commitment to client service make her a strong addition to the Ascent team. We’re thrilled to have her on board!
