We are pleased to welcome lawyer Jasmine Tsang to the Ascent team.
Jasmine is an experienced employment lawyer who advises both employers and employees on a wide range of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal, workplace harassment, human rights, employment contracts, workplace investigations, and severance negotiations. She has appeared before the B.C. Supreme Court and the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, and has also represented clients before the B.C. Employment Standards Tribunal, WorkSafeBC – Prohibited Action Division, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and the Canadian Industrial Relations Board.
She is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and the B.C. Bar Association, and will serve on the CBABC Employment Law Section Executive for the 2025–2026 term.
Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, exploring the Okanagan’s food and wine scene, and discovering new hobbies.
Jasmine’s experience and balanced, client-focused approach make her a strong addition to the Ascent team. We’re so pleased to have her on board!
